PTL Manufacturing is a closely held corporation, family owned and operated since 1974.  From meager beginnings, our founder and CEO, Joe E. Stock, built the business from a one-man operation to a highly technical – “full service” - design, build and run stamping facility.  With the support and encouragement of Joe’s wife Elizabeth, our Secretary/Treasurer, Joe D. Stock, Vice President of Manufacturing & Production, Jane E. Stock, CFO, and Dan F. Stock, Vice President of Engineering, Sales & Quality Assurance, PTL continues to meet or surpass customers needs and provide personal service with a family atmosphere.

Along with the second generation leadership, PTL has made a commitment to hiring quality people.  Every department, from Design & Engineering to Tool Making to Sales and Quality Assurance, CNC Machining Operations to Production Stamping and Fabrication to Packaging, Shipping & Receiving, is blessed with highly skilled and talented people.  We offer our skilled family’s ability to your company.

We have the capacity, and skills to handle all your needs.  With our 40,000 sq. ft. main facility, plus an additional 20,000 sq. ft. modernized warehousing and metal finishing secondary shop (both located in Belleville, IL), our flexibility and ability shines.
